Breakfast
1. Coffee
Non negotiable for us for breakfast – we grind our own at home and then use an insulated cup with a filter mesh press to make our morning coffee.
2. Eggs for breakfast
One of the highlights of our walking so far has been the success of our dehydrated eggs. Rehydrated and mixed with milk powder for scrambled eggs. Pretty good. for the first three days out bacon goes well. Then its rehydrated mushrooms with our omlettes or scrambled eggs. I usually add a rice cake and some butter.
3. Maybe a peanut butter or vegemite rice cake snack??
